2016 is when i listen to RUN and immediately fell inlove with BTS. But my best friend at that time pursue to have interest towards my bias which was V, so i kinda lost interest and yeah... @Maanvi Jaswal Not really, the carpool karaoke is not about promoting artists, it's about interviewing artists that have an established influence in the music industry. It's for the same reason why BTS are invited and perform at American award shows and not other kpop groups. No American media invited BTS, until they saw that they had millions of fans and that they were selling out stadiums all around the world: they just follow the demand of the fans 🤷 If you watch all the other carpools, they are all with artists that are famous in the US, that everyone has at least heard of, like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber. And clearly, ASTRO is not that famous yet, maybe in a few years but not right now.

@Jessicaelle M. That's a fact but I feel very bad everyone give importance to bigger groups... See I not a hater or bts or Blackpink but I really think they should also give importance to other groups. For big audience or for fame they should promote other groups too right? With the help of that they will get more courage to do more to make everyone happy and satisfied right? So I really think everyone should get equal fame 😊

You guys... I was here about 3 weeks ago. It was my first exposure. I didn’t know their names; I couldn’t figure out who was who. And now... I’m am fully invested. I refer to them by both their Korean names and their stage names. I know exactly who is who even with their ever-changing hair. I am learning the choreography. I’ve downloaded vlive and Weverse onto my phone. I’ve been listening to the entire discography. I’ve watched every interview and dance rehearsal. I watch the old BangtanTV behind the scenes videos that don’t have English subtitles and I don’t understand a word, but it doesn’t matter. I have multiple biases. I’ve started to try to learn Korean on duolingo. That’s where I’m at. I’m not even mad. I just had to come back to where it all began for me and see this video with new eyes.

I don't know if you have watched it, their Bon Voyage and In the soop series is great! You'll fall in love even more with their pesonalities. Good luck with learning Korean! I've been trying to memorize hangul but no progress whatsoever 😅
